Acceptable Use Policy

Fair Use

We provide the Service on the assumption of normal, business-as-usual use in line with the plan you have chosen. Excessive use that places an unusual burden on our infrastructure may result in additional fees or capacity restrictions, which we will discuss with you where reasonably possible. We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, and infringement of the rights of others.

Your Accountability

You are responsible for your own actions and for the actions of anyone who uses the Service through your account, whether or not you authorized that use. You are responsible for the content you and your users submit, store, or transmit through the Service. A violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account without notice, and no credit or refund will be available for any resulting interruption of service.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use the Service to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following.

Intellectual property and unlawful content. Storing or transmitting material that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any party without authorization, or that is obscene, defamatory, or constitutes an unlawful threat. You are solely responsible for all content you upload or transmit.

Spam and unsolicited messaging. Sending unsolicited bulk messages in violation of applicable laws and regulations, using unconfirmed or purchased mailing lists, or otherwise distributing messages to recipients who have not given permission to be contacted.

Financial transactions. Using the Service to process financial transactions, transfer assets, or process payments, including in relation to digital or physical assets such as tokens or cryptocurrencies.

Malicious and abusive activity. Facilitating spam, denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or the distribution of malware; harassment, hate speech, or the advocacy of racial or ethnic intolerance; the incitement of violence; or content that exploits or endangers children. The Service may not be used by or for any entity involved in illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, or arms trafficking.

Impersonation and unauthorized use. Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting a business relationship with us, for the purpose of fraud or deception.

Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation of this policy and take any action we consider appropriate, including suspending or terminating your account, removing content, and restricting access to the Service. In serious cases, we may be legally required to report the activity to the relevant authorities. We are not obliged to provide any credit or refund for service interruptions resulting from a violation of this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we publish the updated policy, or, where the change is significant, 30 days after publication. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
