Terms of Service

Your Account

To use most features of the Service you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Free Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing

We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Paid plans are billed in advance for the subscription term you select. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Robokassa; we do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase.

Refunds

For subscription terms equal to or less than one month, no refunds are provided. For subscription terms of between one and twelve months, if you request a refund within the first 30 days of the term, we will refund the cost of the unused whole months, less the cost of one month. After the first 30 days of the term, no refunds are provided.

Limitations of Use

When using the Service, you are specifically prohibited from all of the following:

1. modifying, copying, preparing derivative works of, decompiling, or reverse engineering any materials or software that make up the Service;
2. removing any copyright or other proprietary notices from any materials;
3. transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server;
4. knowingly or negligently using the Service in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or any other service we provide;
5. using the Service to transmit or publish any harassing, indecent, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material;
6. using the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
7. using the Service to send unauthorized advertising or unsolicited bulk email (spam);
8. harvesting, collecting, or gathering user data without the user's consent;
9. using the Service in any way that infringes the privacy or intellectual property rights of any person.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials and software it contains are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including organizations, workflows, approval requests, comments, and files. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to submit it.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing in the Service may include technical, typographical, or other errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current, and we may change the materials at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Links

The Service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. We have no control over the content and practices of those sites and are not responsible for them.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and these Terms immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for the resolution of any dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
