Plans and payment

A new organization gets 14 days free. No card is asked for, nothing is limited, and the whole team can be invited on the first day. The billing page counts the days down, and the plan can be paid for at any point during them.

All plans are monthly, and differ only in how many requests they cover:

• Starter — $10 a month, 25 requests.
• Growth — $20 a month, 75 requests.
• Business — $50 a month, 150 requests.
• Scale — $200 a month, 1,000 requests.

Everything else is unlimited: invite the whole company, build as many workflows as you need, and keep every decision in the history.

Billing is open to administrators — “Billing” sits next to “Organization” and “Users”. Pick a plan and pay by card through our payment provider; the period starts the moment the payment clears, and a receipt is emailed to you.

Moving to a bigger plan mid-period costs only the difference — you never pay twice for the same month.

Every payment stays on the page with its date, plan, amount, period and status.

The organization pauses. Administrators still reach the billing page to pay; everyone else sees a note asking them to talk to an administrator, and public request forms stop accepting new submissions.

Nothing is deleted. Pay for the next month and every workflow, request and decision is exactly where you left it.
