Export requests
Auditors, accountants and year-end reviews all ask the same question: show me the decisions. An export answers it — the requests you are looking at, with their full approval history, as a file.
Start an export
The “Export” button sits on the requests list and on any single request. It is available to administrators. Two formats:
- PDF — one document per request, laid out like a signed form with its approval history. What you send to an auditor.
- Excel — one row per request with its fields in columns. What you pivot, filter and total.
Only what you filtered
An export carries the filters that are on the screen. Narrow the list to one workflow, one status or one quarter first, and that is exactly what you get — there is no separate export screen to set up again.
Exporting from a request page takes that one request on its own.
How the file arrives
Building the file happens in the background, so nothing keeps you waiting: you get a “we’ll email you a download link” confirmation, carry on working, and the email arrives when the file is ready.
Several requests come as a zip archive; a single request comes as one file.
