Connect Telegram
Connect Telegram and approvals come to you: the bot messages you the moment a request reaches you, reminds you about the ones still waiting, and tells you when yours are decided.
Connect your account
- Open the account menu and go to “Settings”.
- In the Telegram card, select “Connect Telegram” — the bot opens in Telegram.
- Press “Start” in the chat. The bot confirms the connection right away.
The link in the card is personal and works once, so each colleague connects their own account the same way. Nothing is sent to anyone who has not connected.
What arrives in Telegram
Telegram carries the same messages as email, as messages from the bot:
- It is your turn — a request has reached a stage you approve, with a link that opens it.
- Still waiting — a daily reminder about requests that have been waiting for your decision for over a day.
- It has been decided — a request you sent was approved or declined.
Good to know. Email and Telegram are separate switches. In Settings, notifications are grouped as requests, workflow access and billing, and each group can go to any combination of channels.
Disconnect
“Disconnect” in the same Telegram card unlinks your account and stops the messages. Your requests, approvals and history are untouched, and you can connect again whenever you like.
